  • Patent number: 11939039
Abstract: An aircraft door drainage system includes a precipitation receptacle disposed longitudinally along an upper edge of an aircraft door opening. The receptacle is mounted along the upper edge of the door opening by a plurality of brackets that connect the receptacle to an inside ceiling panel of the aircraft. The receptacle protrudes outward from the upper edge of the door opening into a path followed by precipitation falling off of an outer peripheral surface of a fuselage of the aircraft from locations above, forward, and aft of the door opening into the door opening when the aircraft door is in an open position. The receptacle remains clear of the aircraft door when the aircraft door is closed into the door opening. Drain hoses are connected at first and second ends of the receptacle to direct precipitation collected in the receptacle to an outside of the aircraft.

  • Patent number: 10968630
Abstract: The apparatus of the Invention is a modular gas utility raceway for providing gas service within a clean room. The modular utility raceway has a front face and a back face coinciding with the inside and outside surfaces of the clean room walls. The utility raceway includes a vertically-oriented box-shaped beam that is open at the top to allow escape of any leaked gas above the ceiling of the clean room for the safety of clean room occupants. A support bracket supports gas pipes and connectors and extends above the top side of the clean room ceiling and discourages a user from blocking the open top of the box-shaped beam.

  • Publication number: 20160208209
Abstract: A system and method for docking and using bioreactors. There is a sterile suite that is constructed and arranged to house one or more bioreactors and a human-machine interface, and a separate utility space that is not sterile, and that is constructed and arranged to house sources of electricity, liquid and gas. There is a clean-room wall separating the sterile suite from the utility space. A docking station is located in the clean-room wall, with part of it (e.g., one side) in the sterile suite and another part of it (e.g., another side) in the utility space. The docking station has electrical, liquid and gas connections that the bioreactor can connect to on the sterile suite side of the docking station, and that the sources of electricity, liquid and gas can connect to on the utility space side of the docking station.

  • Publication number: 20040102118
Abstract: Multilayer woven fabrics include first and second machine direction layers, each machine direction layer including machine direction yarns extending in the machine direction of movement of the fabric through a section of a papermaking machine. One of the machine direction layers includes a plurality of pairs of contiguous machine direction yarns; each pair being spaced apart in the cross-machine-direction of the fabric from an adjacent pair and being in substantially vertically stacked alignment with a single machine direction yarn, or a pair of machine direction yarns in the other machine direction layer.

  • Patent number: 4135827
Abstract: A rotary blender rotating about a horizontal axis having an elongate opening and a gate which may be hydraulically operated to open or close said opening. The blender may be loaded through the opening from the top by a hopper or front loading machine and the blended material may be discharged from the opening when the blender is stopped with the opening in an inverted position. Lifting vanes fastened to the inside of the blender in an offset V position rapidly mix particulate material as the blender is rotated.
