  • Publication number: 20240101704
Abstract: The invention relates generally to multispecific polypeptides having constrained CD3 binding. In some embodiments, the multispecific polypeptides contain cleavable linkers that, when cleaved, results in dual effector functions. Also provided are methods of making and using these multispecific polypeptides in a variety of therapeutic, diagnostic and prophylactic indications.

  • Patent number: 11098474
Abstract: An elongated sheet metal channel for transversely supporting drywall grid tees at regular intervals along the channel, the channel having a generally vertical web, and a lower flange and an upper flange, a vertical spacing between the flanges being sufficient to receive upright grid tees at the intervals, the lower flange having outer and mid-width portions lying in a generally horizontal plane at an interval when a tee is received therein, opposed formations stamped into one of the flanges at the intervals to longitudinally locate the grid tee, the upper flange at said intervals having a pocket for receiving a distorted end of a grid tee.

  • Patent number: 5017912
Abstract: A shear detection circuit includes a resistive element in series with another resistor for providing an electrical signal at a node proportional at the value of the resistors when a voltage potential is applied to the detection circuit. The electrical signal is compared to a known value to permit detection of a severed shear pin or an open or short circuit in the detection circuit. The electrical signal is monitored by a computer for displaying the status of the shear pin and the detector circuit and for storing the status of the shear pin and the shear detection circuit for maintenance or repair.
