  • Publication number: 20210364302
Abstract: A computing system detects activation of a service application on a computing device of a user. Based on a set of service factors, the system determines that a likelihood of the user requesting service exceeds a confidence threshold. Before receiving a request for service from the computing device of the user, and upon determining that the likelihood of the user requesting service exceeds the confidence threshold, the system performs a selection process to select a service provider to provide service for the user. Subsequent to performing the selection process, the system receives, from the computing device of the user, the request for service, and transmits, to a provider device of the selected service provider, an invitation for providing service for the user.

  • Publication number: 20210315169
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for controlling environmental conditions to control latent and sensible loads in a plant grow chamber. The density of plant-0 receptacles in the grow chamber is such that, when plants are held in the plurality of plant receptacles, evapotranspiration contributes to the latent load so that the latent load exceeds a sensible load, resulting in evapotranspirative cooling. This shift in the energy balance allows for greater energy savings, as compared with conventional indoor farms that focus on removing heat from the growth environment. Environmental conditions may be controlled to achieved desired conditions, such as the optimum ratio of harvest weight yield to energy consumption under given constraints. Light modules for enabling plant growth suitable for controlled environment agriculture are also described.

  • Patent number: 11140804
Abstract: An angle adjustable coulter wheel assembly includes a rotatable shank having a longitudinal axis defined by an upper portion of the shank. The longitudinal axis is oriented neither vertically or horizontally with respect to the ground when the assembly is mounted on a tillage apparatus. A coulter wheel rotatably mounted on the shank proximate a lower portion of the shank. An actuator rotates the upper portion of the shank about the longitudinal axis to cause the face of the coulter wheel to rotate about three orthogonal axes thereby changing orientation of the face of the coulter wheel with respect to the ground when the assembly is on the tillage apparatus. The coulter wheel assembly permits adjusting the angle of the coulter wheel in at least two planes permitting greater control over how much soil the coulter wheel disturbs during tilling.
