    Abstract: An inflatable goal post includes interconnected hollow inflatable members formed with a flexible material where some of the inflatable members form side posts and a crossbar. A blower provides continuous positive air pressure into the hollow structure formed by the inflatable members. The dimensions of the inflatable goal post allow for training and game play. For example, the height of the crossbar is between 9 feet and 11 feet and the distance between the side posts is between 14 feet and 24 feet.

    Abstract: In response to detecting a sound when a ball is contacted, a training device presents a visual indicator selected from at least two visual indicators. The visual indicator is presented for a display duration. After an elapsed time after the visual indicator is presented for the display duration, a confirmation indicator is presented identifying the visual indicator. As a result, the training device can be used without a coach or trainer.
