Abstract: A system and method for monitoring document conformance is disclosed. The method may include populating a database with data indicative of contents of a plurality of documents, the plurality of documents including a first document associated with a first supplying entity located at a first facility and a second document associated with a second supplying entity located at a second facility. The method may further include comparing data in the populated database with information indicative of a standard. The method may further include identifying, based on the comparison, repeated instances of non-conforming documents to the standard.

Abstract: A method is disclosed that provides for automated processing of inventory discrepancies. In one embodiment, the method includes identifying an inventory discrepancy between an expected quantity of an inventory item and an actual quantity of the inventory item. The method further includes generating a discrepancy record based on the inventory discrepancy. The discrepancy record may include a plurality of data fields. In addition, the method includes evaluating one or more of the plurality of data fields and determining a priority for the discrepancy record based on the evaluation.
