Abstract: A filter element for a paint sprayer having a feed line includes a core defining a first end, a second end, and a central portion extending along an axis between the first end and the second end. The central portion includes a central aperture closed at the first end and open at the second end and a plurality of openings that extend through the core to the central aperture. A mesh member surrounds the central portion and an adapter is coupled to the second end. The adapter includes a flowpath therethrough, an outer cylindrical surface, and an annular surface. The annular surface is operable to engage an end of the feed line such that the adapter is operable to form an axial seal between the adapter and the feed line.

Abstract: There is provided an airless spray gun housing for an airless spray gun adapted to hydraulically atomize and spray paint wherein the spray gun housing includes a barrel portion and a handle portion, the spray gun housing being a unitary construction wherein the barrel portion and handle portion are integral with each other so that no joint or seam exists between the barrel portion and the handle portion.

Abstract: A paint spray gun with suspension bracket attachment is provided whereby the spray gun can be easily and quickly suspended by the painting operator from a ladder rung, scaffold railing, pipe, bar or other structural element by the suspension bracket during the painting operation when the spray gun is temporarily not in use.
