Abstract: An energy management system for a localized community serviceable by a power equivalent of no more than about 100 MW of electrical energy. The system and techniques thereof are directed at managing allocations of total available energy generated at the localized community as between current use and storage. Further, the management of the energy is enhance through a variety of optimizations (e.g. optimizers) that may be applied to a variety of different, polygenerating energy-types available to the community.
