A printed circuit board (PCB) stator is located between the rotor disks to define an air gap on each side of the PCB stator. An enclosure has two enclosure sections with an inspection port. Bearing caps and bearings are mounted to the rotor. A variable frequency drive (VFD) assembly is coupled to the axial field rotary energy device. The VFD has a flexible conduit that extends between the VFD housing and the axial field rotary energy device. The flexible conduit can adapt to different sizes of axial field rotary energy devices.

Abstract: A gas-liquid contactor for capturing carbon dioxide (CO2) from ambient air includes a flow system comprising: a top basin containing a CO2 capture solution, and a liquid distribution pipe in fluid communication with a turbine nozzle. A pump flows the CO2 capture solution to the turbine nozzle to emit a pressurized flow of the CO2 capture solution. A hydraulic fan comprises a shaft, a hydraulic turbine mounted to the shaft, and fan blades mounted to the shaft. The fan blades are positioned adjacent to an outlet, and the hydraulic turbine is positioned adjacent to the turbine nozzle and rotates upon the pressurized flow of the CO2 capture solution from the turbine nozzle impacting the hydraulic turbine. Rotation of the hydraulic turbine causes rotation of the fan blades, circulation of the ambient air through an inlet and circulation of a CO2-lean gas through the outlet. Related systems and methods are disclosed.

Weather data source systems generate one or more weather data streams that include weather forecast model and observations data. A data distribution system receives a weather index request, identifies at least one instrument and at least one location associated with the request. Weather risk indication data is extracted among the weather data streams associated with the identified location based on predefined parameters associated with the identified instrument. The extracted data is converted into a set of weather index values corresponding to the location, based on a predetermined algorithm associated with the identified instrument. A weather index presentation package is generated that includes the set of weather index values for distribution to at least one user device. The weather index presentation package being distributed is updated concurrent with changes to weather risk indication data.

Abstract: Techniques for generating action recommendations for a data tape system are disclosed. A data tape system generates action recommendations for a data tape based on library-based metadata messages as well as a measured data quality value of the data tape. The system initiates an operation resulting in the data tape interacting with a media drive. A data tape library controller generates one or more metadata messages based on a result of a requested operation. The metadata message may include information regarding the type of error and a default recommended course of action. The system generates the recommended action for the data tape using a trained machine learning model.

Abstract: Data integration and distribution systems. A system includes a graphical user interface (GUI). Weather and market data are collected. A weather symbology including symbol elements linked to segments of the collected weather data and rules for generating weather symbology instructions are stored. The GUI is generated for display on a user device. A weather symbology instruction is determined based on at least one requested symbol element indicated in a weather data request and the rules. A weather forecast dataset is created from among the collected weather data based on the weather symbology instruction. A presentation package including the weather forecast dataset and the collected market data is generated such that the weather forecast dataset is integrated with the collected market data. The presentation package is presented on the GUI and updated concurrent with changes to at least one of the weather data, the market data and user input.

Once identified, a database is queried for personalized information associated with a first viewer of the potential viewers of the video content. Based on the personalized information associated with the first viewer, an original video content version of the video content is modified to generate a first video content version of the video content.

Abstract: Methods and systems employing augmented reality techniques via real-world objects for various purposes. Computer implemented methods are provided for animated augmentation of real-time video of static real-world objects. A computing device receives first data defining features and movements of a human subject, captures a video image of an object having features corresponding to human features, maps features defined by first data to corresponding features of the object, and uses the first data to animate the corresponding features of the object to correspond with the movements of the human subject defined by the first data. The object may be a physical 3D object. Embodiments may include positioning and orienting a 3D mesh representation of the object in registration with the object video image, prior to mapping the features defined by the first data to corresponding features on the 3D mesh. Recorded audio messages may be played in synchronism with the object.
