  • Patent number: 10805402
Abstract: A method and system for verifying a location of an entity is provided. The method includes monitoring a request broadcast by an entity for verifying a first location of the entity. • Patent number: 10694372
Abstract: A method that includes receiving, at an agent in a subset of a set of agents, a request to verify a location of an entity, the location of the entity made of unverified location data obtained from the entity, where each agent in the subset of agents satisfies a credibility metric specified in the request. The method also includes generating, at the agent, a second location data corresponding to the entity, causing, responsive to the generating, a computation of a verification value, and transmitting the verification value in a response, where the verification value is indicative of a rejection of the location of the entity responsive to the location of the entity failing to be within a tolerance value of the second location.
