  • Patent number: 5701826
Abstract: A table for recreational vehicles has an inverted L-shaped support member comprised of a vertical arm and a horizontal arm. The vertical arm has a lower end and the horizontal arm has an outer end. A pivotal support element is mounted on the lower end of the vertical arm to permit the support member to pivot about a vertical axis. A horizontal table top is pivotally secured at its lower center portion about a vertical axis to the outer end of the horizontal arm. The table has a primary central table surface having side edges, and secondary table surfaces hingedly secured to the side edges so that the secondary table surfaces can be moved to an outwardly extended horizontal position during operation, and can be folded on top of the central table surface for storage purposes.

  • Patent number: 5431093
Abstract: A barbecue device includes an oven container having a top, bottom, opposite sides, opposite ends, and a centrally disposed cooking zone wherein foods are suspended. One or more bins for holding combustible materials are mounted on sides and yet laterally removed from underneath the cooking zone so as to prevent liquids from dripping off of the suspended foods and falling upon the combustible materials. The bins are easily accessible when rigidly and obliquely mounted to extend inside the oven container through an aperture in the side. The portions of the bins facing inward are permeable to smoke and heat while the outwardly facing portions are not. The oblique angle of the bins allow the combustible materials therein to provide an even source of heat to the food, particularly when the food is suspending in rotating rotisserie baskets. A hinged lid and handle facilitate the loading and unloading of the bins.

  • Patent number: 5158066
Abstract: A barbecue oven has a cooking compartment having a top, bottom and opposite sides. A first cooking apparatus is mounted in the cooking compartment and comprises a substantially vertical pair of spaced support brackets rotatable mounted about an axis of rotation. A drive shaft extends between the brackets and is coextensive with the axis of rotation. A plurality of spaced elongated horizontal cooking baskets are pivotally and removable secured to the brackets. Connecting elements connect the baskets to the brackets so that the baskets will maintain a lateral horizontal position as they are rotated about the axis of rotation. A power element is provided for rotating the brackets about the axis of rotation. A second cooking apparatus can also be mounted in the cooking compartment and can be either a conventional stationary horizontal grill, or can duplicate the structure of the first cooking apparatus. Vertically disposed fuel baskets are laterally positioned with respect to the food cooking area.

  • Patent number: 5129385
Abstract: A barbecue oven has a cooking compartment having a top and a bottom. A combustion chamber is mounted on the oven below the cooking compartment. An inclined floor is in the oven below the cooking compartment and above the combustion compartment, and is tilted towards a grease collection receptacle. At least one tube connects the bottom of the grease collection receptacle with the combustion compartment so that as the receptacle fills with grease, the level of grease will rise in the tube and gradually overflow into the combustion chamber, for combustion therein.

  • Patent number: 5100196
Abstract: A shower stall has a surrounding wall structure, and a movable closet compartment is mounted in the shower stall. An access opening in provided in a first wall portion of the shower stall, with the closest compartment being mounted in a recessed position within an opening in a second wall portion of the shower stall. Suspension apparatus movably connects the closest compartment to the shower stall whereby the closest compartment can be moved to an extended position protruding outwardly from the shower stall so that the shower stall is substantially free from the presence of the movable closest.

  • Patent number: 5097817
Abstract: A barbecue grill having a housing equipped with one or more sold fuel drawers to provide heat for cooking to the housing. An elongated support with meat supporting hooks thereon is located in the top of the housing over a meat support grill. The meat support grill has side edges with sold fuel compartments therealong which are laterally spaced below the meat support means so that when combustible fuel is provided in the sold fuel compartment, juices from meat suspended from the meat support hooks will not drop into the solid fuel compartments.

  • Patent number: 4996969
Abstract: This invention includes a trailer mounted barbecue and dispenser device. The barbecue device is mounted on a trailer deck and has a support means which supports a lower base compartment in which a fuel grill is mounted and on which a food grill is suspended. The fuel grill can be vertically adjustably positioned within the compartment. A cover means is pivotally secured to the lower base compartment by means of a friction hinge whereby the pivotal attitude of the cover is maintained in any pivotal position in which it is manually placed. The food grill on the lower base compartment can be pivoted upwardly about its lower edge to provide access to the fuel grill there below. The food grill has a plurality of small openings therein to permit fuel to be inserted therein at the pleasure of the operator. A duct extends downwardly from the lower base compartment through the deck of the trailer, and a damper is mounted therein.

  • Patent number: 4914857
Abstract: A tomato vine supporting device having a plurality of spaced vertically elongated rods equally spaced in a circular configuration. The upper ends of the rods terminate in an outwardly and downwardly extending arm with the outer ends of the arms terminating in upwardly extending hook elements. A first circular horzontal ring is removably nested in these hook elements. Second hook elements are mounted on the upper ends of the rods, and third hook elements are secured to the rods intermediate their upper and lower ends. Second and third rings are removably nested in the second and third elements, respectively. The lower ends of the rods can be inserted into the ground, mounted in sockets within an earth container, or otherwise secured to the rim of an earth container.

  • Patent number: 4620335
Abstract: A bed structure for a vehicle is provided and includes a plurality of interconnected elongated cushions, each having a forward edge, a rearward edge, and opposite sides, and a track assembly connected to each side wall of the vehicle for supporting the cushions adjacent their opposite ends. The cushions are movable along the track assembly between a first position, wherein a couch having a seat portion and a back rest is formed by the cushions and a second position wherein a substantially flat bed surface is formed by the cushions. The bed surface is the approximate size of a queen size bed. Each cushion includes a rigid base and a resilient pad mounted thereon, and are interconnected to one another to prevent sliding of the cushions in either the first couch position or the second bed position. Storage area is provided in the vehicle behind the couch and beneath the couch or bed surface.
