  • Patent number: 11864478
Abstract: A shovel includes a shovel blade, a handle assembly with a tubular section and hammer section, where the hammer section is configured to axially slide within the tubular section to function as an impact hammer. A locking assembly locks the hammer section in one of an extended position and a compressed position relative to the tubular section. Releasing the locking assembly allows the hammer section to axially slide within the tubular section.

  • Publication number: 20230383871
Abstract: A hose which automatically expands longitudinally and automatically expands laterally upon the application of a pressurized liquid is disclosed. The hose can automatically expand longitudinally up to six times its unexpanded or contracted length. Upon release of the pressurized liquid within the hose, the hose will automatically contract to a contracted condition. The hose includes an inner tube made from an elastic material and an outer tube made from a non-elastic material. The inner tube is positioned concentrically within the outer tube in both a contracted condition and an expanded condition. The outer tube is secured to the inner tube only at a first end of the inner and outer tubes and at a second end of the inner and outer tubes. The outer tube moves laterally and longitudinally with respect to the inner tube when the tubes are transitioning between a contracted condition and an expanded condition.

  • Publication number: 20220323878
Abstract: A decorative wind spinner includes a blade assembly with blades radially emanating from a base configured to rotate around a rotational axis. The blades are driven by wind power at a rotational speed. A motor, powered by a photovoltaic panel, drives a rotating drive shaft. A one-way clutch links the drive shaft to the base so that when the rotational speed of the blade assembly is greater than the rotational speed of the drive shaft, the clutch prevents transfer of the rotational force from the drive shaft to the base. When the rotational speed of the blade assembly is less than the rotational speed of the drive shaft, the clutch transfers rotational force from the drive shaft to the base.

  • Publication number: 20220270143
Abstract: A platform and method for streaming live advertising provides user access to streaming content and coordinates collaboration between a host, who directs a sales presentation, a presenter, provides the sales presentation of a product under direction by the host, and a supplier of the product. The platforms provides a link between the different entities to select from, negotiate, and establish a collaboration with other entities for generating streaming content for advertising a supplier's product, then schedules a time slot for a streaming event and distributes the streaming content to consumer devices for display to prospective consumers.

  • Patent number: 10995886
Abstract: A metal-shelled hose assembly includes a metal outer shell lined with a flexible, water-tight inner tubing integrated with a bendable strain-relief section that is configured to allow the metal-shelled hose to be pulled from a straight angle regardless of where it is attached. The bendable strain-relief section is provided at least at the faucet end of the hose, where it effectively changes the angle of the length of the metal hose relative to the faucet when the hose is pulled at an angle to the faucet.

  • Publication number: 20190314852
Abstract: The garden fountain includes a lower container, a middle container and an upper container. A water pump positioned in the lower container pumps water up into the middle container. The upper container rests in the middle container. Using a combination of the water level in the middle container and the spacing of the bottom of the upper container with respect to the water level in the middle container, the user can accurately control the water flow to the upper container.

  • Publication number: 20170207644
Abstract: A compact mirror for use with woman's cosmetics includes a smartphone battery charging system integrated therein. A connection interface, such as, for example, a USB interface, is in electrical communication with an internal rechargeable battery pack. Upon connection of a smartphone via the connection interface, the user can charge their smartphone device. When the internal rechargeable battery is exhausted, an external charger is connected to the connection interface to recharge the same. One or more indicators provide visual indication of the charging status of the internal battery and/or the connected smartphone.
