Abstract: A garden fountain having a lower bowl, a middle bowl and an upper planter bowl. A water pump positioned in the lower bowl pumps water up into the middle bowl. The planter bowl rests in the middle bowl. Using a combination of the water level in the middle bowl and the spacing of the bottom of the upper bowl with respect to the water level in the middle bowl, the user can accurately control the water flow to the plant in the upper bowl. A rechargeable battery for the pump is provided in a battery compartment of the base of the fountain, thus providing easy user access to the same.
