  • Patent number: 11944099
Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of molecules having pesticidal utility against pests in Phyla Arthropoda, Mollusca, and Nematoda, processes to produce such molecules, intermediates used in such processes, pesticidal compositions containing such molecules, and processes of using such pesticidal compositions against such pests. These pesticidal compositions may be used, for example, as acaricides, insecticides, miticides, molluscicides, and nematicides. This document discloses molecules having the following formula (“Formula One”).

  • Patent number: 11941151
Abstract: Selectively masking data in messages is provided. A masking expression is retrieved from a schema. The masking expression corresponds to a particular attribute within related messages generated by a producer application and sent to an immutable datastore for consumption by a consumer application of the computer that is registered to receive the messages related to a particular topic from the immutable datastore. A particular attribute value is masked only in those messages received from the immutable datastore that contain the particular attribute value during a time period when the particular attribute value is associated with the masking expression.

  • Patent number: 7437987
Abstract: A blast shockwave shield including an upright, monolithic body having a lateral center, and front and back sides, and a blast-facing, curved strike face formed on the upright, front side of the body, including a pair of companion, laterally spaced, laterally symmetric, non-coextensive, curved, strike-face portions, each of which defines a blast shockwave-deflection vector that is aimed upwardly, and laterally outwardly away from the shield's lateral center. This structure implements a method for blast shockwave deflection which includes the steps of engaging and intercepting such a shockwave with an upright, monolithic, solid-resistance instrumentality having a pair of laterally spaced, curved, non-coextensive strike-face portions, and, by those acts of engaging and intercepting, reversely deflecting an impinging shockwave.

  • Patent number: 6925887
Abstract: An apparatus for measuring pressure includes a cylindrical tube having an open end and a closed end; a piston disposed in the cylindrical tube at the open end; an accelerometer attached to a side of the piston that faces the closed end of the tube, the accelerometer for measuring the acceleration of the piston after a blast event; and a pressure sensor located inside the tube for measuring pressure in the tube between the piston and the closed end of the tube. The apparatus also includes a data processor and computer connected by wires to the accelerometer and pressure sensor for receiving signals generated by the accelerometer and pressure sensor.

  • Patent number: 6328811
Abstract: A kit for bathing a patient or for personal bathing includes a sealed polyethylene bag containing a plurality of cloths impregnated with a cleansing solution. The cloths are a needle-punched blend of cotton and cellulose acetate for softness and low cost. Furthermore, an anti-microbial agent is carried by the cellulose acetate to prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast and fungus and the package carries another anti-microbial solution as a preservative. The cleansing solution is a non-ionic, non-rinsing mixture of surfactants, emollients or humectants, vitamin E and de-ionized water. The kit is heated and then each cloth is used on a different part of the body and disposed of after use to prevent cross contamination.

  • Patent number: 5063481
Abstract: A pivot assembly is provided for providing a pivot point for positioning a vehicular headlight mounted on a movable frame relative to a fixed frame. The assembly comprises a ball stud (50) that is secured to a selected one of the fixed and movable frames by a retainer clip (60) that has an edge (28) that engages a transverse annular groove (10) in ball stud (50) to prevent axial movement and has at least one resilient arm (24) having a free-end 26 that engages one of a plurality of circumferentially spaced grooves (14) that are in substantial transverse relationship to annular groove (10) and that cooperate with free-end (26) to prevent ball stud (50) from rotating.
