Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a system and method for securely authenticating a device via token(s) and/or verification computing device(s). A verification computing device may generate a pseudorandom number or sequence. Based on the pseudorandom number or sequence, the verification computing device may select a first plurality of parameters associated with a user of a device to be authenticated. The verification computing device may transmit, to the device, the pseudorandom number or sequence, and the device may select a second plurality of parameters. The device may generate a token based on the second plurality of parameters. The device may send the token to another device, and the other device may send the token to the verification computing device. • Publication number: 20240283812
Abstract: A unified cloud configuration evaluation (UCCE) system is described capable of evaluating both asset configurations in a live cloud environment and proposed configuration changes produced by a cloud configuration development (CCD) system. In embodiments, the UCCE system may be implemented as a Cloud Security Posture Management (CPSM) system that monitors assets in the cloud environment and check the assets' configurations for compliance with a set of compliance rules. In embodiments, the UCCE system ingests a cloud configuration definition generated by the CCD system. In embodiments, the CCD system is implemented as an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) system that allows a user to create a cloud configuration definition that describes proposed configuration changes to the cloud environment. The UCCE system is configured to interpret the cloud configuration definition and analyze the proposed configuration changes for compliance using the same set of compliance rules used for the live cloud environment.

  • Patent number: 12068901
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a transmitting device may perform a pre-distortion of a signal on a resource allocation for the signal and using discrete Fourier transform (DFT)-domain processing. For example, the transmitting device may perform a first frequency-domain (FD) to time-domain (TD) transform, which may be an example of an inverse DFT (IDFT), on a first set of FD symbols to obtain a first set of TD samples. A size of the first FD to TD transform may be based on the resource allocation for the signal. The transmitting device may perform a crest factor reduction (CFR) function on the first set of TD samples to pre-distort the signal in the TD (e.g., in the IDFT domain), which may enable the transmitting device to avoid out-of-band (OOB) emission or otherwise have greater control over where the pre-distortion contributes energy.
