The electronic device can be configured to determine which of the icons is a selected icon based at least in part on a communication input, and can produce a sound when the selected icon is one of the communication icons. The electronic device can be configured to determine, based at least on part on sensorimotor inputs, which of two or more communications modes is a recommended communication mode, wherein for each of the communication modes, the communication input is different when the electronic device is in the communication mode than when the electronic device is in at least one other of the communication modes.

Abstract: A mounting rail system configured to couple to a photovoltaic (PV) module is disclosed. The mounting rail system may include a mounting rail and an interlock component. The mounting rail may include an upper portion that includes a surface configured to physically engage with a bottom surface of a module frame of the PV module. The interlock component may be engaged with the mounting rail. The interlock component may include a clip. The clip and the upper portion of the mounting rail may at least partially define an aperture configured to receive a lip of the module frame during installation of the PV module to interlock the module frame with the mounting rail. The interlock component may include a separate piece of material from the mounting rail.

Abstract: A water heating system includes a storage tank, at least one heating unit, and a control system. The storage tank includes a recirculation supply port, a return port arranged above the recirculation supply port, and a tank temperature sensor arranged between the recirculation supply port and the return port in a vertical direction. The at least one heating unit includes a water inlet port fluidly coupled to the recirculation supply port and a water outlet port fluidly coupled to the return port. The control system is configured to receive a signal from the tank temperature sensor indicative of a temperature of water in the storage tank, determine a need for heating based on the signal, activate the at least one heating unit to draw water from the storage tank, heat the water, return the heated water to the storage tank, and reduce a rate at which the water is heated.

The technician then goes through a predetermined list of work items or actions while verbally describing to the call center personnel each item and while taking photos of key items. The call center personnel record in their computer item descriptions, information and photos in real time as the work is completed. Upon finishing the on-site work, the technician signs out and the call center personnel trigger the auto-generation of a closeout package that is immediately available to the customer via web access.
