Abstract: An apparatus in one embodiment comprises at least one processor coupled to a memory. The processor is configured to interface with at least one administrative user of an organization and a plurality of non-administrative users, to associate a subset of the plurality of non-administrative users with a job being performed by the organization, and to transmit one or more messages from the administrative user to the subset of the plurality of non-administrative users associated with the job. In transmitting the one or messages, the processor is configured to receive an input from the administrative user associating the one or messages with the job, and to assign the subset of the plurality of non-administrative users associated with the job as recipients of the one or more messages in response to the input from the administrative user.
