    Abstract: A computerized method analyzes proposed orders for network sites and generates associated order recommendations. A system configuration order (SCO) manager receives a proposed order from an ordering platform and generates a proposed site configuration using the proposed order and a current site configuration of the site. In some examples, the current site configuration is obtained from a network configuration manager associated with the site. The SCO manager generates a recommended site configuration using a configuration recommendation model and the proposed site configuration as input to the configuration recommendation model. A component difference between the recommended site configuration and the proposed site configuration is identified and an order recommendation is generated using the identified component difference. The generated order recommendation is then provided to the ordering platform.

The method further includes generating the handover plan for the multiple types of wireless devices and utilizing the handover plan to determine whether handover default settings should be utilized or overridden.

The processor is further configured to identify hospital hazardous drug data structures that are linked to the hazardous drug data structure. The processor is additionally configured to transmit the updates to the hazardous drug data structure that correspond to the identified hospital hazardous drug data structures to a hospital server.

    Abstract: A composition for a chemical coating includes either (a) a low volatile organic compound (VOC), high flash point, BTEX-free, and at least partially hydrophobic liquid and/or (b) a concentrated solution of polyethylene glycol and/or (c) melted polyethylene glycol; wherein any or all of (a), (b), (c) is mechanically applied as a coating to a hydrophilic polymer powder to reduce clumping of the partially hydrated polymer upon introduction to a water-based fluid, and therefore promote dispersion and ultimately improve hydration. The coating is naturally removed when introduced into the water-based fluid by either hydrophilic-hydrophobic repulsion, emulsification, dissolution, or a combination thereof; and while higher shear rates increase the removal rate of the coating, high shear mixing is not required to remove the coating.
