    Abstract: Systems and methods of automatic activation and deactivation of a wireless network adapter are disclosed. In one embodiment, a wireless network adapter and a wired network adapter included in a system are controlled by determining if the wired network adapter has established a wired communication link and, if the wired communication link has been established, automatically disabling the wireless network adapter.
