  • Patent number: 11364418
Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable media collect and analyze the physical performance of an individual and structure and generate an athletic protocol. Athletic assessment devices perform an athletic assessment of an individual, including kinetic, neurological, musculoskeletal and aerobic capacity. Athletic data is collected and stored in a digital data storage medium of a computer system having a display, and a central processing unit (CPU) operable with programming executes one or more analytical algorithms to assess injury risk levels of said individual based on said athletic data. Data mining algorithms using artificial intelligence are used to execute predictive modeling and analytics. The resultant athletic protocol includes information to correct imbalances to treat and/or prevent injuries, corrective exercises, performance training exercises, and protocols to maximize physical performance.

  • Publication number: 20110107727
Abstract: The invention relates to diaper packaging and, more particularly, to vacuum packing together a plurality of individual diaper packages. The invention also relates to an overall package containing a plurality of individual diaper packages, wherein each individual diaper package is a vacuum packed diaper (VPD). In accordance therewith, a method of packaging diapers includes the steps of: (a) individually packing each of a plurality of diapers to form a plurality of individual diaper packages; and thereafter (b) vacuum packing the plurality of individual diaper packages together to form an overall package of diapers. In a feature, each individual diaper package includes only a single vacuum packed diaper. In another feature, a retail package for sale to consumers includes a group of non vacuum packed diapers, none of which are individually packaged, and an overall package of VPDs.

  • Publication number: 20110094925
Abstract: Packaging a consumer textile soft goods product for retail sale includes: providing a vacuum-resealable bag; and sealing one or more textile soft goods within the interior space of the vacuum-resealable bag for retail sale to a consumer. The bag has air impermeable walls defining an interior space of the vacuum-resealable bag; a one-way valve assembly configured to permit air to be evacuated through the one-way valve assembly from the interior space of the vacuum-resealable bag but to preclude air from entering the interior space of the vacuum sealable bag through the one-way valve assembly, and a closure mechanism configured to seal a mouth of the vacuum-resealable bag in an airtight manner. The vacuum-resealable bag is configured to maintain a vacuum condition within the interior space. The vacuum-resealable bag is configured to be opened and then reclosed such that the vacuum-resealable bag is reusable by a consumer for vacuum-packing.

  • Publication number: 20110094923
Abstract: A consumer textile soft goods product for retail sale includes: a vacuum-sealable bag; and one or more textile soft goods located within the interior space of the vacuum-sealable bag. The one or more textile soft goods located within the interior space of the vacuum-sealable bag are maintained in a compressed condition resulting from a pressure differential existing between a pressure in the interior space of the vacuum-sealable bag and a pressure exterior to the vacuum-sealable bag. Printed media is physically associated with the vacuum-resealable bag for viewing by a consumer at retail sale, the printed media identifying the one or more textile soft goods contained in the interior space of the vacuum-resealable bag.
