  • Publication number: 20260071460
Abstract: A fence panel coupler includes a first coupling member having first and second connector portions, each having an opening for receiving first fence post and a second fence posts. A second coupling member includes third and fourth connector portions, also with openings for receiving the first and second fence posts. The first and second coupling members are applied to the fence posts in an insertion first direction and moved together to a closed configuration in a second direction perpendicular to the insertion direction. Integral locking elements lock the first and second coupling members together in the closed configuration. The connector portions cooperate to surround the fence posts and prevent removal of the fence post coupler from the fence posts.

  • Patent number: 11166861
Abstract: The invention provides a measurement apparatus (jig) comprising at least one adjustable component to enable at least one measurement to be taken for bespoke configuration of customised seated user equipment (such as a wheelchair). It is particularly suited for use in the design or construction of a sporting wheelchair or disabled apparatus. The jig may comprise part of a system comprising measuring means for taking measurements relating to the set configuration of adjustable components of the jig. The measuring means may comprise electronic or optical means, such as position sensors, pressure sensors, or a camera. The system may also comprise a computer-implemented modelling component arranged to generate a visual representation of the customised wheelchair or other appliance constructed in accordance with the set configuration of adjustable components of the jig.

  • Patent number: 10143605
Abstract: A support arrangement and corresponding method, is provided for supporting a user in a seated invalid appliance, the arrangement comprising a support member and at least one reconfigurable connection arrangement arranged to enable connection of the support member to the appliance and the application an adjustable tensile load to the support member. The connection arrangement may comprise a bridging element configured to extend between the support member and the appliance, such as a clip or hook. The hook or clip may be S-shaped or C-shaped in cross section. The connection arrangement may be received in an aperture or recess provided in the support member and/or the appliance to bridge the gap there between. The invention is particularly suited for use with wheelchairs or seated sports appliances for a disabled user.

  • Publication number: 20060207141
Abstract: An advertising panel (20) which can be used to selectively attach advertisements to the side of a road vehicle (10) or to a fixed structure in a readily demountable manner comprises a sheet (22) of plastic material, the sheet having an image applied to a first side of the sheet. An elongate fastener (22) having a thickness greater than the sheet extends along a longitudinal edge of the sheet. The elongate fastener (22) engages with one or more slotted track members (30, 32) provided on a wall (16) or curtain (14) of the road vehicle. The track member and slot (36) may be provided in a continuous length (32), corresponding to the length of the longitudinal edge, or in discrete sections (30), which are particularly applicable for use with a curtain. Elongate fasteners (22) can be provided on the upper and lower edges of the panel (20), so that the panel is installed by threading it horizontally into the slots (36) of upper and lower track members (30, 32) simultaneously.
