  • Publication number: 20260246224
Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for enhancing transitions that generate single photons through a light-matter interface is provided. The apparatus includes a first reflective surface, and a locking and emitting recess within respective reflective surfaces. The locking and emitting recesses form a locking cavity and an emitting cavity, respectively. The locking cavity receives light from a locking laser, with output light indicating resonance with the laser. The emitting cavity receives photons from a single photon emitter material, which emits single photons upon excitation. An actuator adjusts length of the locking cavity based on the single photon output to maintain resonance, thereby locking the cavity. Both reflective surfaces are mechanically coupled by a same substrate, aligning the locking of the locking cavity with the tuning and stabilization of the emitting cavity at the single photon emission wavelength. The apparatus ensures enhanced efficiency and stability in single photon generation.

  • Patent number: 11239918
Abstract: A system has a plurality of non-linear circuit stages and an intervening linear circuit stage. An input signal is provided to a first non-linear circuit stage, and from the first non-linear circuit stage, to the linear circuit stage. The first non-linear circuit stage applies a second-order distortion to the input signal and provides the resulting signal to the linear circuit stage. The resulting signal that is output from the linear circuit stage is inverted with respect to the input signal and suitably linearly processed (attenuated or amplified). This signal is then provided to a second non-linear circuit that applies a second-order distortion and outputs a signal that has an overall reduction in second-order distortion.

  • Publication number: 20050203580
Abstract: A method for treatment of congestive heart failure from the right side of the heart, by stimulating at numerous points along the right-ventricular septum to produce a fused line of stimulation upon breakthrough of wave fronts into the left ventricular septum and an LV action potential that simultaneously propagates toward the apex, base, and left free wall. Five electrodes, all in contact with the septum and spaced approximately 1.5 cm apart, produce a fused action potential in an average adult human within 10 ms of delivering simultaneous pacing pulses. Breakthrough of this fused region of stimulation will occur within 20 ms of delivering the pacing pulses. The most proximal electrode may be located in or near the right-ventricular apex. The most distal electrode may be located somewhere near the right-ventricular outflow tract, generally somewhere near the moderator band.
