  • Publication number: 20240280951
Abstract: A system is provided for multi-unit automation and access control for multi-family housing. Individual housing units have an associated control hub in communication with a remotely disposed system controller. Various sensors and effectors within the individual housing units may communicate with a corresponding hub, which may provide message regularization to facilitate interoperability of a wide array of sensors and effectors with the system controller. Both management representatives of the multi-family housing operator and residents may access the system controller via electronic devices such as smartphones. Thus, a resident and/or management representative may control effectors such as smart locks and may monitor sensors such as leak sensors or smoke alarms. Corrective maintenance work orders may be automatically generated to maintain an infrastructure of the multi-family housing in a desired condition and permit limited access to housing units for maintenance workers.

  • Patent number: 11959033
Abstract: A liquid fuel composition for a spark ignition internal combustion engine comprising (a) gasoline blending components, (b) Fischer-Tropsch derived naphtha at a level of up to 50% v/v and (c) oxygenated hydrocarbon at a level less than 50% v/v. While the low octane number of Fischer-Tropsch derived naphtha would normally severely restrict its blendability in gasoline to low levels, it has now been found that Fischer-Tropsch derived naphtha can be included in, for example, ethanol-containing gasoline fuel compositions, in surprisingly and significantly high blend ratios of Fischer-Tropsch derived naphtha to ethanol.

  • Patent number: 11890114
Abstract: A method for processing information includes receiving a feature set for an application in a medical system, determining a disconnection between the application and a monitoring station, and determining a type of the disconnection based on information in the received feature set. The type of disconnection may be determined by inputting the feature set into a classifier trained to automatically determine the type of disconnection based on the information in the feature set. Information indicative of the type of disconnection may then be input into a rules-based engine, which generates a recommendation for remediating or otherwise managing the classified disconnection.
