  • Publication number: 20220076554
Abstract: During a pandemic like COVID-19, real-time automated virus-monitoring and predictive models are crucial. The solution of this disclosure is through the development of a novel systems approach of implementing AI into visual cameras for visible characteristics such as facial and physical recognition and thermal imaging and other wavelength capture sensors such as thermal body characteristics which are then integrated with community mapping to resolve issues and predict trends before they happen. The system finds the distance between groups of people in classrooms, buildings, or other physical structures to locate pinch and possible virus contagion points in remote areas. Forehead to forehead measurement is one method as a novel approach to capture distance quickly. This is integrated into a distance statistical metric such as the Manhattan Distance Metric model to exemplify any two people who are less than 6 feet away and community mapping to identify and predict areas of concern.

  • Publication number: 20060127365
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of tissue engineering and more particularly to a method for generating tissue suitable for use in tissue replacement and/or tissue rejuvenation therapy and/or as a source of cell-derived therapeutic or diagnostic agents including proteins and hormones. Even more particularly, the present invention contemplates the use of cell fusion techniques involving single cell, mini-bulk or macro-bulk cell fusion to generate tissue or cells useful for tissue replacement and/or tissue rejuvenation therapy or a range of organs or areas of the body. The resulting tissue or cells may also secrete or generate a range of cytokines, enzymes, hormones and the like which have improved or more efficacious properties relative to analogous molecules produced from non-fused cells. The present invention further provides an apparatus having aspects controlled by data processing means which facilitates the fusion of a pair of cells.

  • Publication number: 20060088945
Abstract: An electrochemical test device is provided for determining the presence or concentration of an analyte in an aqueous fluid sample. The electrochemical test device includes a working electrode and a counter electrode made of an amorphous semiconductor material. The working electrode is overlaid with a reagent capable of reacting with an analyte to produce a measurable change in potential which can be correlated to the concentration of the analyte in the fluid sample. The test device optionally contains a reference electrode made of an amorphous semiconductor material having a reference material on the reference electrode. The test device electrodes can be constructed on a flexible film substrate, such as a polymeric film or a metal foil coated with a non-conductive coating.
