  • Patent number: 11930970
Abstract: Exemplary power systems for dynamically controlling a dispenser drive motor for dispensing soap, sanitizing or lotion. An exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes a housing, a receptacle for receiving a container for holding a soap, sanitizing or lotion, a container of soap, sanitizing or lotion and a pump secured to the container. The exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes a power source, a motor and an actuator that couples the motor to the pump. In addition, the exemplary soap, sanitizing or lotion dispenser includes pulse width modulation circuitry in circuit communication with the power source and the motor. Movement of the actuator one actuation cycle dispenses a dose of soap, sanitizing or lotion. The pulse width modulation circuitry provides a plurality of voltage pulses to the motor to move the actuator one actuation cycle.

  • Patent number: 11825021
Abstract: A call processing system and method for providing a secondary information channel to a caller. Upon reception of a call from a caller to a customer service representative on a primary access channel determine a device (secondary device) associated with the caller that is separate from the device the caller is using for the primary access channel. The secondary device is to be used to provide a secondary information access channel. The secondary information access channel is complimentary to the primary access channel between the caller and the customer service representative and is utilized to deliver information content to the caller and/or provide other services supportive of the conversation with the company service representative.

  • Patent number: 11722600
Abstract: A call processing system and method for processing calls from high volume callers. A frequency of call activity is monitored for callers to determine reception of a call from a high frequency caller. When a call is received from such a caller, provided is information predicted to be requested from the caller prior to the caller being voice connected to a company representative. The retrieved information is then provided to a company representative prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative as to expedite the call. Additionally, a customized message for the high frequency caller may be generated prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative whereby the customized message contains information predicted to be responsive to a predicted inquiry from the determined high frequency caller to mitigate the need to connect the caller to a company representative.

  • Patent number: 11527806
Abstract: A waveguide flange adapter includes a plate; an aperture positioned through the plate; and a plurality of holes arranged in a pattern in the plate and around the aperture. The plate is configured to operatively connect a first waveguide to a second waveguide such that the first waveguide and the second waveguide have a different pattern of holes on the waveguide flanges to one another. The pattern of the plurality of holes may be configured to align with connecting holes in each of the first waveguide and the second waveguide. At least some of the plurality of holes may extend through an entire thickness of the plate. The plate may include electrically-conductive material. The size and shape of the aperture may be complementary to a size and shape of each of the first waveguide and the second waveguide. At least some of the plurality of holes may be tapped or untapped.

  • Patent number: 10542638
Abstract: A wire-spring retained heatsink installation and removal tool for installing and removing wire-spring retained heatsinks. The wire-spring retained heatsink installation and removal tool includes a shaped portion that, when placed over a section of a torsion spring of a wire-spring retained heatsink, allows a force to be applied to the torsion spring such that a hook end of the torsion spring is forced into an associated hook on an assembly on which the wire-spring retained heatsink is being attached. The wire-spring retained heatsink installation and removal tool includes a handle that couples to the shaped portion thereby allowing a user to grasp the wire-spring retained heatsink installation and removal tool in order to apply the force necessary to engage the hook end of the torsion spring into the associated hook on the assembly on which the wire-spring retained heatsink is being attached.
