Abstract: A wire lock assembly for an access port of an elongate medical tube includes a body having an exterior surface, an interior surface, and a central opening disposed therethrough, an attachment mechanism disposed through the exterior surface of the body, the attachment mechanism having an open end and a closed end, at least one notch arranged on the body and positioned proximate to the central opening and at least one seal supported within the interior surface of the body in communication with the central opening, the seal comprising a passageway therethrough, where the interior surface of the body defines a non-linear pathway for securing one or more medical devices.

Abstract: A rotating magnet electrical power generator. The apparatus may be used with any electrical generator that uses a rotating magnet assembly. A key aspect of the invention is the neutralization of one of the pair of rotating magnets, the neutralization occurring at predetermined intervals. Neutralization is effected by blocking the magnetic field of the stationary magnet using a cam operated metal enclosure or metal plates. The metal field blocker, which is made from mostly iron, is dynamically positioned in accordance with the relative positions of the stationary and rotating magnets. The iron enclosure (or plates) may be connected to a brushless servo or brushless stepper motor to precisely control the switching without a mechanical cam timing. In an alternative embodiment, the magnets are neutralized by stacking a pair of cylindrical magnets end to end, enclosing the magnets at least partially in a field blocking enclosure, and rotating the magnets relative to each other to effect neutralization.

Abstract: A frame defines a battery receiving compartment. A conductive surface is exposed on the frame and is adapted to electrically contact a terminal of a battery inside the frame. A conductive arm is movably coupled to the frame and electrically coupled to the conductive surface. A conductive pad is positioned proximate the conductive arm. The conductive arm is movable in such a manner as to electrically contact the conductive pad, when so urged.

Abstract: Decorative lights includes a plurality lamps attached to a conductive line terminating in a plug member adapted to be connected to a source of electrical power. Each lamp comprises an enclosure with a light source therein. The enclosure has an opaque portion and a light transmitting portion, and the opaque and a light transmitting portions arranged to resemble an open eye. A mouthpiece member is adapted to be removably attached to the support member.

Each pair of lamps are connected to a rigid support member that maintains each individual lamp of each pair spaced apart at a predetermined distance. Each lamp comprises an enclosure with a light source therein. The enclosure has an opaque portion and a light transmitting portion, and the opaque and a light transmitting portions arranged to resemble an open eye. A mouthpiece member is adapted to be removably attached to the support member.

Abstract: A cabinet and hopper combination is set forth for slot machines which includes a cabinet structure having an opening for coins to drop from the machine into the hopper. The hopper is removably mounted in the cabinet and has a door slidable between a closed and an open position. A handle at the outside of the cabinet operates a linkage coupled to the door to open the hopper to dispense coins or tokens therein through the front of the cabinet. Also included are controls to lock the handle against unauthorized dispensing of coins or tokens.
