Abstract: An agitator may include one or more members adjustable between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration. When the one or more members are in the expanded configuration, the agitator in a first set of two orthogonal dimensions is larger than an opening having a predetermined size. When the one or more members are in the compressed configuration, the agitator in a second set of two orthogonal dimensions is smaller than the opening having the predetermined size. The one or more members are biased to the expanded configuration in absence of external force applied to the one or more members. In use, the agitator may be inserted into a container through a neck of the container in the compressed configuration. The agitator may expand within the container so that the container does not fit through the neck of the container.

Abstract: A drinking vessel including a beverage container and a closure assembly attachable to the beverage container. The beverage container has a spout defining a first drinking opening and a second drinking opening. The closure assembly includes a positioning member and a sealing member. When the positioning member is in a sealing orientation, the positioning member can extend deep enough into the first drinking opening for the sealing member to seal the first drinking opening and the second drinking opening. When the positioning member is not in the sealing orientation, the positioning member cannot extend deep enough into the first drinking opening for the sealing member to seal the first drinking opening and the second drinking opening.

Abstract: A lid for a drinking vessel including a lid base, a movable arm, and an actuator. The base defines a drinking opening. The arm is coupled to the base and located in an interior of the base. The actuator is accessible from an exterior of the base. A first and second magnet unit are coupled to one of the arm or actuator. A third magnet unit is coupled to the other of the arm or actuator. The arm is movable between a sealed position, in which the drinking opening is sealed, and an open position, in which the drinking opening is not sealed. The actuator is movable between a first and second position. A magnetic force maintains the arm in the open position while the actuator is in the second position, and a magnetic force maintains the arm in the sealed position while the actuator is in the first position.

Abstract: A container lid includes a container top, a lid opening, a closure, a push button, and a lock. The container top may be sized and configured to be attached to a container body. The lid opening may be formed in the container top. The closure may be movably coupled to the container top and may be movable between first and second positions in which the lid opening is, respectively, covered or uncovered. The push button may be configured to selectively retain the closure in the first position, and may be movable between latched and unlatched positions. The lock may be movable between locked and unlocked positions and in the locked position may be configured to inhibit movement of the push button from the latched to the unlatched position.

The actuator is accessible from an exterior of the lid base. The movable arm is movable between a sealed position, in which the vent opening is sealed, and a venting position, in which the vent opening is not sealed. The movable arm is biased toward the sealed position. The actuator is movable between a first position and a second position. The movable arm moves from the sealed position to the venting position in response to the actuator moving from the first position to the second position.
