Abstract: The aspiration catheters, systems and methods include a catheter having an elongated body with a cross-section having a flat side and a curve near the distal end. The first side of the cross-section can contact a first side of a delivery lumen in a first orientation, and a second side of the cross-section contacts the first side of the delivery lumen in a second orientation rotated 180° from the first orientation. The curve can be directed 90° relative to a normal of the flat side. The systems and methods can utilize two catheters, and a key joint formed with the two catheters which can rotationally fix the catheters with respect to each other, and the first and second catheters each include at least one pre-formed curve near the distal end. The two catheters can be moved proximally and distally for positioning in the right and left bronchi.

Abstract: A method of using a catheter system which includes inserting a first distal end portion of an outer catheter into a first body lumen, coupling a first key joint component on an inner catheter with a second key joint component on a proximal end portion of the outer catheter to fix a rotational orientation of the inner catheter relative to a rotational orientation of the outer catheter about a longitudinal axis of the first body lumen, wherein the second key joint component runs along a partial length of the outer catheter, and wherein a distal end portion of the inner catheter includes a pre-formed bend that extends at a non-zero angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the first body lumen, and advancing the distal end portion of the inner catheter through a lumen of the outer catheter, away from the distal end portion of the outer catheter, and into a second body lumen, the second body lumen branching from the first body lumen.

The system allows payment deadlines for transactions with associated issues to be suspended while the issues are resolved. Abstract: Heating and cooling apparatus includes an evaporative cooler and a heat pump connected to each other and to a common duct system for utilizing the attributes of both systems for efficient heating and cooling. The evaporative cooler may be used to cool a structure directly or it may be used to cool the condenser coils of a heat pump. The evaporative cooler may also be used to cool attic space. The evaporative cooler and the heat pump are disposed adjacent to each other and are connected by an interface adapter, and the interface adapter is in turn connected to attic space through which air from the attic flows, particularly to assist the heat pump in the heating mode.
