Patent number: 9149592Abstract: The aspiration catheters, systems and methods include a catheter having an elongated body with a cross-section having a flat side and a curve near the distal end. The first side of the cross-section can contact a first side of a delivery lumen in a first orientation, and a second side of the cross-section contacts the first side of the delivery lumen in a second orientation rotated 180° from the first orientation. The curve can be directed 90° relative to a normal of the flat side. The systems and methods can utilize two catheters, and a key joint formed with the two catheters which can rotationally fix the catheters with respect to each other, and the first and second catheters each include at least one pre-formed curve near the distal end. The two catheters can be moved proximally and distally for positioning in the right and left bronchi.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 2014Date of Patent: October 6, 2015Assignee: PATIENT CENTERED MEDICAL INCORPORATEDInventors: John R. Publication number: 20120053967Abstract: A travel management system is configured to facilitate the resolution of issues related to transaction posted to a transaction account. The travel management system provides a communication portal that allows a transaction account owner to communicate efficiently with a transaction account provider and a travel service provider or other merchant to quickly resolve issue related to particular transactions. The system allows payment deadlines for transactions with associated issues to be suspended while the issues are resolved. Moreover, the system allows user and transaction account providers to evaluate the issue resolution performance of travel service providers and other merchants.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 1, 2010Publication date: March 1, 2012Applicant: American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.Inventors: John R. Roberts, Karen M. Denardo, Edward T. Orrell

Publication number: 20100257239Abstract: Methods and apparatus for creating social networks include establishing a close range communication link between a first mobile device and a second mobile device and transmitting social network information from one mobile device to the other via the close range communication link. The social network information may include a social network identifier created by a user which may be included within a data file or within metadata of files transmitted to the second mobile device via the close range communication link. The social network identifier may be an identifier of the first mobile device. The first mobile device may receive an identifier of the second mobile device and storing the identifier within the metadata of files being transmitted to the second mobile device. The first and second mobile devices may discover a common social network based upon social network information exchanged between the devices via the close range communication link.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 2, 2009Publication date: October 7, 2010Applicant: QUALCOMM IncorporatedInventor: John R.
