    Abstract: The portable combination cooler and cushioned seat is a cooler and seat combination configured for easy and quick attachment to a standard stadium bench. The cooler has an insulated six-sided housing with a drawer for storing food and beverages. Attached to the top of the housing is a set of seat mounting brackets, each with a collapsible back support, which facilitates mounting onto a standard stadium bench seat. A folding cushioned seat is attached to the top of the seat mounting brackets. The housing also includes a retractable table, an elastic side pouch and a detachable carrying strap.
