  • Patent number: 6164219
Abstract: Security vault to protect valuable items. The vault has a redundant number of members which combine to deter the entry and subsequent attempted damage to or destruction of the vault. A body has an open end which is surrounded by a strength band connected to the body. A recess is defined between the strength band and the open end of the body. A door to the vault has open and closed positions and, in the closed position, an edge extension of the door enters into the recess. Rod loops are connected between the body and the strength band and act as locking members for complementary pawls which are mounted on the interior of the door.

  • Patent number: 5778805
Abstract: A security vault used to secure valuables. The vault has an outer case and an interior. A movable panel member allows access to the interior. A locking mechanism operable by a programmable electronic circuit allows the panel member to be opened. A keypad is operable to provide a security code to the programmable electronic circuit. The keypad may be one or two, the first being located outside the vault and connected to the programmable electronic circuit. The second keypad may be located in the interior of the outer case. Either keypad may be used to provide the security code. The second keypad is used if damage occurs to the first keypad and is accessible from exterior of the security vault.

  • Patent number: 4051952
Abstract: Fish are oriented by laying them in random arrangement in the central portion of a vibrating trough, the opposite ends of which form passages slightly wider than the widest fish being sorted. Fish move headfirst toward the trough ends, and the movement of fish discharged in single file from such trough ends is accelerated to propel fish past detector means. Such detector means include a radiant-energy source and fish-sorting means responsive to energy from such source operable to deflect fish leaving such source for channeling the fish corresponding to a characteristic detected by the detector. Such characteristic may be sex, length or sidewise orientation.
