  • Patent number: 11979489
Abstract: A database stores a document as a plurality of encrypted records, where each record is indicative of an incremental change to the state of the document, and encrypted using a document key. The document key is stored with encryption decryptable using a group key, and the group key is stored with encryption decryptable using a first access key. In response to a request to rotate from the first access key to a second access key, the database decrypts the group key using the first access key, a stores a group key re-encrypted with the second access key.

  • Publication number: 20240099805
Abstract: A system for facilitating a medical procedure includes an access device that is configured to provide distance information regarding anatomical structures as the access device is driven to a target anatomical site. For instance, the access device can have either or both of a camera and neuromonitoring electrodes. The camera can send real-time images of the anatomical structures as the access device is driven toward the target anatomical site. The electrodes can emit an electrical current to identify a distance from nerve structure. A visual display can include the anatomical structure identified to the operator to assist in guiding the access device to the target anatomical site.

  • Patent number: 11803577
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for indexing related documents to provide more robust search functionality within an index. In one aspect, a first document, such as a comment or status update associated with a second document or ticket item, may be obtained. As a result of the first document including first data that is linked to second data of the second document, an instance of the second document may be modified to include at least a portion of the first data. An index, which indexes a corpus of documents, such as ticket items, may be updated to include the modified second document, such that the first data is associated with the modified second document in the index. Responsive to a query for the first data in the index, the modified second document and any included first data may be returned.

  • Publication number: 20050131901
Abstract: Electronic information management includes techniques for developing and applying database security. In certain implementations, database access statements issued for applications in use are analyzed. Analyzing issued database access statements may include capturing the database access statements, normalizing the database access statements, and eliminating redundancies from the database access statements. A standardized set of issued database access statements may result from the analysis procedure. From the analyzed database access statements, the items accessed and types of access may be determined for an application, and a set of permissions may be determined from the determined items accessed and types of access for the application. A role associated with the application may be developed based on the permissions for the application. The role may be used to allow a user database access when associated with the application.

  • Patent number: 6351386
Abstract: A component shim 310 is used with printed circuit boards 306 and heat spreaders 314, for example, where each of the printed circuit board 300 and heat spreader 314 has a surface 304, 312 that are in different spaced apart planes. A component 300 has one lead attached to the surface 304 of the printed circuit board 306. The component shim 310 has a conductive section 320 with an upper attachment layer 326 and a lower attachment layer 332 secured to opposed sides 322, 324 of the conductive section 320. The upper attachment layer 326 is secured to a bottom 308 of the component 300 and the lower attachment layer 332 is secured to a surface 312 of the heat spreader 314. The total thickness of the conductive section 320 and upper and lower attachment layers 326, 332 of the component shim 310 is substantially equal to a distance from the bottom 308 of the component 300 to the surface 312 of the heat spreader 314.
