Abstract: Methods, devices and systems for developing new therapy options for patient suffering from neurological disorders. An example may include the use of a therapy patterning system that allows significant freedom to program therapy patterns using arbitrary shapes and functions. For such patterning to be implemented, a physician may identify a condition needing new and/or alternative therapy options, link the identified condition one or more therapy parameters, program, test and assess the therapy. The process may include multiple iterations to address an initial condition and then to mitigate side effects of the initial therapy. Some embodiments comprises devices configured to deliver combinations of therapy patterns to accomplish at least first and second therapeutic purposes.

Abstract: A wash-assisting brush device including a first wash-assisting body having a curved outer surface and a second wash-assisting body having a curved outer surface, the second wash-assisting body coupled to the first wash-assisting body. The first and second wash-assisting bodies together define an internal washing cavity sized and shaped to hold an article of clothing. The wash-assisting brush device also includes a plurality of bristles projecting outwardly from the outer surface of the first and second wash-assisting bodies.

Abstract: A computing device may establish a communication session with a user equipment device (UE). The computing device may interact with the UE via interactive voice response (IVR) services and enable a first portion of the communication session to be recorded using a first recording mode. The computing device may out-dial a second portion of the communication session and enable a second portion of the communication session to be recorded using a second recording mode. A recording mode may include recording a portion of a communication session locally, streaming a portion of the communication session to a recording system, or out-dialing a portion of the communication session to enable a communication session tap to be placed on the out-dialed portion of the communication session.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for transferring data among clients, recipients, and servers. In general, an apparatus is described for coordinating and modifying data being transferred from clients to destination servers and from destination servers to recipients. A proxy server modifies requests and responses from clients and destination servers, respectively, and ultimately communicates related responses to recipients according to one or more predefined rules pertaining to each client and destination server. In this way, requests may be communicated from clients to the appropriate destination servers such that the requests may be fulfilled by the destination servers, and responses may be communicated from the destination servers to the appropriate recipients. The load on potential destination servers, network conditions, and the content of the responses received may be considered and addressed by the proxy server, facilitating the transfer of data.

Abstract: Provided are methods of applying biological compositions, that is, autologous bioadhesive sealant compositions containing one or more biological agents, to an individual, wherein all the blood components used in preparing the composition are derived from the patient who is to receive the biological composition. In one embodiment, the method comprises obtaining a whole blood sample from an individual; forming an inactive platelet rich plasma from the whole blood sample; mixing a biological agent into the inactive platelet rich plasma; obtaining thrombin from the whole blood sample; mixing the thrombin into the inactive platelet rich plasma to form a biological composition; and applying the biological composition to the individual.

Abstract: A system for the production of a blood component composition is provided. The system includes a centrifuge having a blood reservoir for receiving and separating a blood sample into multiple components; a dispenser disposed outside of the centrifuge having a first collection chamber containing an activation agent and a second collection chamber containing one or more medicinal agents; means for removing a first portion at least one separated blood component from the centrifuge to the first container and a second portion to the second collection chamber, wherein the first collection chamber activates the first portion and stores the resulting clot and thrombin; a filter for separating the thrombin from the clot; and a nozzle for entraining and mixing the thrombin with the second portion containing the one or more medicinal components.

Abstract: The delivery system of the present invention is comprised of at least two chambers which store, individually, an activated blood component and an inactivated blood component. The first chamber comprises an activating agent and a filter which may be one in the same thus allowing the formed clot to be triturated thereby isolating the thrombin from the clot. The second chamber stores the inactivated blood component that when mixed with thrombin will produce a gel. The first or second chamber may further contain agents which are desired to be delivered to a specific site. The unique design of the delivery system allows for ease in operation of combining two agents at a specific time and place.
