  • Publication number: 20260038357
Abstract: A method implements; obtaining emergency call data from one or more functional elements of an emergency communication center (ECC) by an interoperability apparatus; sending the emergency data from the interoperability apparatus to a cloud-based emergency data management system; converting a portion of the emergency data into a data object at the cloud-based emergency data management system; providing the data object to an instance of a cloud-based application provided by the cloud-based emergency data management system, where the instance is executed using a browser on a computer located at the ECC, and the data object updates a map view within a graphical user interface provided by the instance; and providing update data from the cloud-based emergency data management system to a computer-aided-dispatch system using the interoperability apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20260006125
Abstract: A disclosed method of operating a cloud-based emergency data management system implements: receiving supplemental emergency data from a mobile device that placed an emergency call to an emergency communication center (ECC); obtaining ECC emergency data related to the emergency call by a connectivity device located at the ECC and operatively coupled to a functional entity of the ECC; determining a class of service for the emergency call based on the ECC emergency data; formatting the supplemental emergency data using the class of service; and sending the supplemental emergency data, formatted using the class of service, to an ECC computer-aided-dispatch (CAD) system to update a CAD incident record corresponding to the emergency call.

  • Publication number: 20260004651
Abstract: A disclosed method implements training an artificial intelligence module in a cloud-based emergency data management system using training data comprising emergency call data from an emergency communication center (ECC); generating a script, in response to the training data, by the artificial intelligence module, the script for converting emergency call data into a mapping subprocess format of the cloud-based emergency data management system; and configuring a cloud-based processor using the script.

  • Publication number: 20260006423
Abstract: An emergency management cloud server operative to be communicatively coupled to a user device and to a plurality of emergency service provider (ESP) terminals at a plurality of ESPs, the emergency management cloud server configured to: identify a user in an emergency, the user associated with the user device; obtain a location of the emergency, the location generated by the user device; determine an ESP, from the plurality of ESPs, that can provide an emergency response to the location based on the location being within a service area of the ESP; provide a prompt at an ESP terminal of the ESP to initiate communication with the user device via the emergency management cloud server; receive an input from the ESP terminal in response to the prompt; and initiate a real time messaging session between the user device and the ESP terminal in response to the input.

  • Publication number: 20250358366
Abstract: An emergency response assistant system may generate emergency response insights and provide the insights to an emergency responder application for an emergency communications center (ECC), an operations center, or a first responder. The emergency response assistant system may include a data retrieval system and an augmentation and generation system. The data retrieval system may be configured to transform emergency response procedures into vectors that are stored in a vector database. The augmentation and generation system may be configured to perform a vector search of the vector database with an AI model using context from call (e.g., a 911 call) characteristics and external data sources and may be configured to display the results on a user interface of an emergency management application to provide emergency response procedure suggestions to a user of an ECC computing system, an operations center computing system, or a first responder computing device.

  • Publication number: 20250343858
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an emergency response data platform (ERDP) that facilitates data exchange between various data sources and various data recipients. The ERDP may establish communication links with each of the various data sources and recipients and leverage these communication links to function as emergency data exchange between the data sources and/or recipients, for example, between different Public Safety Answering Points.

  • Publication number: 20250247468
Abstract: An emergency management system (EMS) captures alarm reports that are called into an emergency call center (ECC) and converts the audio data of the alarm report into actionable alert data that may be displayed in and dispatched from an emergency response application that is operated at the ECC. The alert system includes a central station system, an ECC system, and an emergency management system (EMS). The ECC system has call handling equipment (CHE) to receive calls for an emergency call telephone number and an alarm reporting telephone number. The emergency response application can display a queue of alerts, and each of the alerts includes alert data that can be displayed. The EMS includes an automated interview system that can at least partially use an AI model to transform the audio data into alert data that is used to populate the queue of alerts.
