    Abstract: A keg tapping system made up of an upper coupler and a lower coupler having, respectively, upper and lower housings and slidable upper and lower coupler conduits therein. The upper and lower coupler conduits each have top and bottom ends. The upper coupler includes a handle moveable between up and down positions. The handle is in operational contact with the upper conduit. The bottom of the upper coupler conduit is in operational contact with the top of the lower coupler conduit. Moving the handle between up and down positions causes up and down movement of the upper coupler conduit and the lower coupler conduit. In one non-limiting embodiment the upper coupler can be releasably attached to a range of lower coupler types.
