  • Patent number: 11173501
Abstract: Methods and systems for coating with shear and moisture sensitive materials are disclosed. A method of coating a product includes filling an inner bellows chamber of a bellows, which is provided within and isolated from an outer bellows chamber of a tank, with a predetermined amount of the coating material. The method of coating the product further includes supplying a pressurized material to the outer bellows chamber to pressurize the coating material within the inner bellows chamber to an operating pressure, and supplying the coating material within the inner bellows chamber to a spray gun at the operating pressure. The method of coating also includes determining that a measured actual pressure is within a predetermined control range of the target pressure and subsequently coating the product by spraying the product with the coating material from the spray gun.

  • Patent number: 9735477
Abstract: Terminal pin for electrically connecting a carrier of electrical leads or an electronic component by means of a solder connection between the carrier or component and the terminal pin, wherein an end of a pin body is provided with a swaged cap of a material which is harder than the material of the pin body and which has an outer surface which is suitable for making the solder connection, wherein the cap has an inner circumferential edge where the cap is at least locally narrowed to inside of the outer circumference of the pin body, and wherein there is no additional material between the pin body and the cap.

  • Publication number: 20150357749
Abstract: A lead connector assembly having open and closed ends, and one or more electrically conducting contact rings spaced apart by at least one electrically insulating ring forming a ring stack. Each contact ring includes an electrically conducting pin protruding from the respective contact ring, and an electrically insulating end ring accommodated at the end of the ring stack at the open end. The inner surfaces of: the one or more contact rings; the at least one insulating ring; and the end ring, define a lead aperture starting at the open end. Connector housing parts enclose the contact rings, the insulating ring and the end ring, and form an outer surface and are joined such that a hermetic seal is provided between the lead aperture and the outer surface. The electrically conducting pin of each contact ring projects through the joined connector housing parts and from the outer housing.

  • Publication number: 20060108440
Abstract: A system and related methods for configuring and monitoring a spraying application system for installation and use at a site that is remotely located from the spraying system manufacturing site. The system provides a configuration module that allows a customer or purchaser to configure a system electronically based on the customer's spraying needs. The selected configuration may further be linked to a pricing and inventory database module to allow the customer to order the system components, and obtain price and delivery schedules. In one embodiment, the configuration module is available to the customer via a secure web site over the Internet provided by a server accessed from a computer such as a personal computer at the customer's site. The system also provides a remote access module that provides spraying system operation and parametric information to be monitored at the manufacturing site to determine how the spraying system is operating and whether repair or maintenance should be initiated.
