Generating the schedule includes defining an order and an amount of time for each event of the plurality of events. The method also includes automatically generating a graphical user interface (GUI) from the schedule by displaying the plurality of events on a timeline grouped into shifts. The GUI displays conflicts between the shifts.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with scheduling study groups between clinics when performing clinical studies are described. In one embodiment, a method includes displaying a graphical user interface (GUI) with at least one of a plurality of display screens for scheduling a plurality of groups to clinics. The example method may also include generating, using at least a processor, a provisional schedule of assignments of the plurality of groups to dates for performing the study. The provisional schedule is displayed on the GUI. The provisional schedule displays scheduling conflicts when more than one of the plurality of groups is simultaneously scheduled on a day.
