    Abstract: The present invention is a reel holder with drag, consisting of a hub whereon can be journaled a conventional reel having single or multiple strands of small gauge wire wound thereon, having therewith, integral to the hub, a drag or brake wherewith an operator can control reel turning, the hub preferably including a clip for mounting to an operator's belt, belt loop, or a handle to be held by an operator.
