  • Publication number: 20060225166
Abstract: ‘SAVapam’ is a new and distinct variety of miniflora rose plant primarily identified by its double, old-fashioned, pink and pink blend flowers on an upright and well branched plant. Flowers last a long time both on the plant and as cut flowers. Its dark green, semi-glossy foliage has shown exceptional disease resistance in national, outside testing. ‘SAVapam’ is hardy at least to zone 5 and heat tolerant at least to zone 9.

  • Publication number: 20050246804
Abstract: ‘SAVadiana’ is a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant primarily identified by it's continuous display of small deep yellow buds and flowers on a well branched and compact plant. The flowers last well when cut and can be easily dried, maintaining their deep yellow coloring. SAVadiana, having very good disease resistance, is easy to grow outdoors as a garden perennial, low growing hedge, specimen plant or in containers, or in the greenhouse.

  • Publication number: 20020092049
Abstract: SAVaralph is a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant primarily identified by it's small dark red flowers of hybrid tea form and its semi-glossy new growth flushed dark red which may appear to be glowing in the sun. Providing background for the dark red flowers and foliage on this vigorous, upright and well branched plant is the semi-glossy, dark green older foliage with good disease resistance.

  • Publication number: 20020066127
Abstract: SAVapple is a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant primarily identified by it's small coral flowers borne on a low growing, well branched, compact and mounding plant. Buds and flowers with good form can be found on the plant continuously during the growing season and well into the fall. The glossy foliage has very good disease resistance.

  • Publication number: 20020066126
Abstract: SAVagala is a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant primarily identified by it's magenta pink, double blooms of exhibition form, borne singly and in small sprays on a low growing, upright yet spreading, well branched plant with semi-glossy dark green foliage. It is a recurrent bloomer throughout the growing season and can be grown quite satisfactorily in a greenhouse, outdoors in containers or as a hardy garden perennial. Blooms are long lasting on the plant and as cut flowers.

  • Patent number: 6269473
Abstract: A software modeling environment is presented that supports the development and execution of software that can be dynamically configured. This is achieved by introducing a design-time object modeling construct called a dynamically configurable type (DCT) that supports the subdivision of an object into a plurality of subsets of semantics and allows dynamic merging of these semantic subsets together in different combinations in order to allow the resultant object to exhibit different semantics over time to serve different purposes. Specific process modeling constructs are included which take advantage of this semantic merging capability. Also included are other supporting design-time and run-time constructs and services. One embodiment of the present invention allows this software modeling environment to be integrated into a standard software development environment, enhancing the modeling capabilities already present.
