  • Patent number: 11984362
Abstract: A method of fabricating an integrated circuit includes forming a first opening having a first width and a second opening having a second width in a first dielectric layer over a silicon substrate. The openings expose the silicon substrate and the exposed silicon substrate is oxidized to form first and second LOCOS structures having a first thickness. A polysilicon layer is formed over the silicon substrate, so that the polysilicon layer fills the first and second openings. A blanket etch of the polysilicon layer is performed to remove at least a portion of the polysilicon layer over the second LOCOS structure while leaving the first LOCOS structure protected by the polysilicon layer. The silicon substrate under the second LOCOS structure is further oxidized such that the second LOCOS structure has a second thickness greater than the first thickness.

  • Publication number: 20160115693
Abstract: A building construction assembly for installation on a roof deck including a base layer and a channel structure coupled to the base layer and defining a plurality of channels. In an embodiment, the plurality of channels include a first airflow channel and second airflow channel extending in parallel through the channel structure. The plurality of channels further includes a venting channel between the first and second airflow channels and the base layer. The channel structure defines one or more apertures between the venting channel and each of the first and second airflow channels configured to allow airflow from the first and second airflow channels into the venting channel. The base layer defines one or more exit orifices in airflow communication with the venting channel and configured such that air in the venting channel exits the building construction assembly through the one or more exit orifices.

  • Publication number: 20140115980
Abstract: An exemplary building construction assembly for installation on a roof deck including a base layer and a channel structure coupled to the base layer and defining a plurality of channels is described. In an exemplary embodiment, the plurality of channels include a first airflow channel and second airflow channel extending in parallel through the channel structure. The plurality of channels further includes a venting channel between the first and second airflow channels and the base layer. The channel structure defines one or more apertures between the venting channel and each of the first and second airflow channels configured to allow airflow from the first and second airflow channels into the venting channel. • Patent number: 6196513
Abstract: A fishing rod holder comprises a base for placement on a ground support surface and having an offset channel extending between first and second ends of the base. A first arm is pivotally mounted to the first end of the base between a first transport position within the channel and a second support position extending upwardly from the channel. A second arm is pivotally mounted to the second end of the base and is pivotal between a first transport position within the channel and a second support position extending upwardly from the channel. A cradle is attached to each of the first and second arms for supporting portions of the fishing rod when the first and second arms are in their second support positions. The offset base in the channel positions the first and second arms and cradles thereon in an over/under relationship within the confines of the base. Nubs within the base releasably engage notches in the cradles to maintain the arms at the transport and support positions.
