    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention utilize a more efficient CDR grafting technique to generate humanized versions of the T84.66 antibody. The technique used to generate these antibodies utilizes crystallographic structural data to select an immunoglobulin framework having maximum structural overlap with a non-human donor molecule. This technique was used to develop humanized T84.66 antibodies exhibiting in vitro binding affinity and specificity for carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) nearly identical to that of T84.66 and the ability to specifically target tumors expressing CEA in vivo.

    Abstract: Cell terminals in an integrated circuit is interconnected by using multiple layers of conductors that are routed both orthogonally and non-orthogonally to each other. Non-orthogonally routed conductors have slopes that are ratios of non-zero integers which approximate ceratin predetermined angles. The integers in the ratios are chosen from integers generated by sequence equations. The conductors are routed by following grid lines in a grid system comprising both orthogonal grid lines and non-orthogonal grid lines having slopes generated by the sequence equations. Ratios of integers are used to approximate certain angles so that the conductors would intersect the cell terminals located on the fundamental grid intersection points. The conductors in different metal layers form different angles with other conductors in other metal layers based on the slopes of the conductors.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to laying out connection points and routing a signal from an input terminal to the connection points for use in signal distribution to control skew. A pattern of diamond-shaped rings is constructed, each of the diamond-shaped rings including an inner diamond, an outer diamond and all space between the inner diamond and the outer diamond, where the diamond-shaped rings are arranged such that each point within a specified area is included within at least one diamond-shaped ring. A center point is identified for each of the diamond-shaped rings and each center point is designated as a connection point. A connection is then routed between the input terminal and each of plural of the connection points. The invention also is directed to routing a signal from one of plural connection points to a pin so as to control skew.

    Abstract: A system of dispensing viscous liquid, such as vegetable oil containing products is provided which includes a sealed flexible barrier pack filled with viscous liquid, preferably filled with a viscous liquid oil having a viscosity of about 60 cps or greater. The flexible barrier pack includes a sealed fluid outlet located in the sealed flexible barrier pack. A manual pump sprayer preferably a hand pump sprayer of the trigger type is provided for delivering vegetable oil from the flexible barrier pack to a pre-selected surface such as a griddle in a fast food restaurant. Desirably, the hand pump sprayer includes a first and second discharge outlet to discharge pressurized liquid to the atmosphere along intersecting discharge axes.
