  • Publication number: 20250225363
Abstract: The present invention pertains to the field of Digital and Virtual Reality, addressing the deficiency in current technology for creating authentic digital replicas that faithfully capture user behaviors, emotions, metaphysical essence, and physical attributes of objects and environments. Existing technologies fall short in providing a comprehensive solution. This invention fills the void by offering a platform to generate precise digital replicas derived from data collected through wearable and external sensors. Users can then license or rent these replicas for diverse applications, such as connecting with deceased loved ones or evaluating products and experiences. Moreover, the invention facilitates the fusion of user essence with the physical characteristics of places and objects, enabling the creation of anthropomorphized and anomalous entities.

  • Publication number: 20250129555
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for digital control of a milling machine drum to minimize road material milled using complex geometry. A digital representation of a surface and/or subsurface of a road is loaded into a controller. Road defects are identified based on the digital surface, by comparing defect digital characteristics with the digital surface. A minimum removal map can be generated using the defect digital characteristics. A milling tool path can then be generated to minimize material removal, based on the minimum removal map. The mill depth and movement of a mill drum can then be controlled based on the milling tool path.

  • Patent number: 12280214
Abstract: A conduit for a breathing circuit includes a heater associated, at least in part, with a hydrophilic layer. The purpose of the heater is to evaporate any condensed liquid collecting in the conduit, which is first sucked up by the hydrophilic layer. The heated wick reduces the risk of collected water being passed to the patient and causing choking fits or discomfit. It is preferred that the heated wick lies freely in the conduit to settle at low points in the conduit where condensation may collect.

  • Publication number: 20250067854
Abstract: A controller for LiDAR sensor is programmed to activate a plurality of light emitter pairs each including a first light emitter and a second light emitter by alternating between a first powering sequence and a second powering sequence. The first powering sequence includes sequentially activating the first light emitters. The second powering sequence includes sequentially activating the second light emitters. The controller is programmed to, during one of the first powering sequences, detect damage to the first light emitter of a damaged one of the light emitter pairs. The controller is programmed to, during subsequent first powering sequences, activating the second light emitter of the damaged one of the light emitter pairs in response to detected damage to the first light emitter of the damaged one of the light emitter pairs.
