Abstract: A method for detecting an endpoint of a seasoning process for a plasma tool includes (a) operating the plasma tool to run a seasoning recipe on at least one seasoning wafer before running a monitoring recipe on at least one monitoring wafer; (b) collecting, while running the monitoring recipe on the monitoring wafer, monitoring data associated with the running the monitoring recipe; and (c) generating an estimated product parameter using a virtual metrology (VM) model that is configured to estimate a product parameter using the monitoring data. The VM model is based on production data associated with running a production recipe on production wafers and product parameters of the production wafers measured after the running the production recipe. The endpoint of the seasoning process is obtained by repeating (a), (b) and (c), and the endpoint is obtained when the estimated product parameter stabilizes.

Abstract: The hamburger holder comprised a main body, a lift, and a stand. The hamburger holder may hold a sandwich and may prevent condiments and toppings from falling out of the sandwich as the sandwich is eaten. The sandwich may be a hamburger, the condiments may be mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce, and the toppings may be lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, cheese, and onions. The main body may hold the sandwich together while the sandwich is eaten. The left may push the sandwich out of the main body to expose more of the sandwich for consumption. The stand may be a base to allow the main body to stand freely when the main body is n not being held. The main body, the lift, and the stand may be decoupled from each other for cleaning.

The processor may be configured to provide one or more data fragments and a hash tree representing the one or more fragments, send at least one first fragment accompanied by any nodes of the hash tree necessary to authenticate the one or more first sent fragments, and send one or more subsequent fragments accompanied by only some, but not all, of the nodes of the hash tree necessary to authenticate the one or more subsequent fragments with the other nodes that are not sent but are necessary for authentication having been previously sent in conjunction with a prior fragment.
