Abstract: A male prosthetic device configured to be worn on a flaccid, partially-erect or erect penis which transmits tactile sensations through a stimulation material to the surface of the penis. The device includes a prosthesis with an outer surface and in inner chamber, a microprocessor, one or more sensors and one or more stimulation materials. The outer surface is configured to appear as a penis or other elongate body with hard or soft materials, with optional stimulation materials and sensors. The inner cavity is lined with stimulation material configured to contact the surface of the penis. Sensors for detecting sensation or direction can be disposed within, on, or separate from the device transmit signals electrically or wirelessly to the microprocessor, which is programmed to generate stimulation sensations in response to signals from the sensors, stimulation materials, or controllers that are transmitted to the stimulation material.

Abstract: A portable multi-functional endoscopic device and method for use in the examination of tissue within a corporeal orifice to permit diagnostic, therapeutic or anatomical assessment data to be transmitted, recorded, or analyzed. The device includes a base unit sized and configured to be held in a human hand to permit functional and directional control of the device, an interchangeable head assembly sized and configured to be inserted into the orifice being removably connectable to the base unit, and an inflatable tissue stabilizer disposed external to a distal end of the device. In preferred aspects, the endoscopic device has an image sensor, light source, lens, air pump, and working tools.

Abstract: A probe for a mammalian orifice or cavity is presented. The probe includes a video probe to record video and/or images of the internal cavity area. Further, the device includes a mechanism by which fluids, tissue, or other samples can be accurately collected for later laboratory analysis. The probe further includes an electronic tissue exciter to promote physiological responses to electromagnetic stimuli. The probe also includes a dilator to expand and open an orifice or cavity to improve a range and depth of view of the tissue therein.

Abstract: An endoscopic device includes a hand-held base, a camera connected with the hand-held base, and a light source connected with the hand-held base for illuminating an area above the camera. The device further includes a lens structure coupled to the hand-held base and positioned proximate the camera and the light source. A removable, disposable enclosure of the lens structure includes a cylindrical body formed of a rigid, transparent material, a proximal end for being removably coupled to the hand-held base, and a distal end that terminates in a rounded transparent tip.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a frozen beverage having a combination of a drug and a gelling agent. The combination is generally maintained at a temperature of 120 degrees F. for at least one minute before completing the remaining steps. In a preferred embodiment, the frozen beverage is hard frozen in the form of a pop and contains ethyl alcohol as the drug and pectin as the gelling agent.

Abstract: An endoscope has a head with a lens, and an elongated body that includes a shaft and extendable arms. The endoscope further comprises a frame that is configured to extend the arms outward from the body, and a space between the shaft and the arms such that when the arms are extended, the shaft is moveable without necessarily displacing the arms. In preferred aspects, the endoscope has an internal power source and a connector that carries a video signal to an external monitor, and further includes a head that is capped with a lens, behind which a camera and a plurality of light emitters are disposed.

Abstract: a video incident capture system for law enforcement vehicles. The video incident capture system incorporates a video camera, a video recorder, a radar unit, a real time clock, a monitor, a portable wireless microphone and its associated receiver and a system controller integrating the control of the various components to produce a comprehensive, unedited record of the incident. The system controller superimposes the target speed and patrol speed data generated by the radar unit over the video signals generated by the video camera prior to being recorded on the videotape. The portable wireless microphone permits the conversation between the law enforcement and a second party to be made part of the recorded incident. A radar interface will replace the target and/or patrol speed data with error data when an error in the operating parameters of the radar unit is detected.
