  • Patent number: 11965206
Abstract: A method of treating a patient with multiple drugs using adjusted phenotypes of CYP450 enzymes to assess the risk of adverse drug reactions occurring due to drug-enzyme interactions. CYP450 enzyme genotypes and phenotypes are measured in a patient. The phenotypes are scored numerically. The drugs intended for treatment are scored numerically for their ability to induce or inhibit the CYP450 enzymes. The drug scores are used to adjust the CYP450 phenotype scores relative to inducing or inhibiting the enzymes. An accurate adjusted phenotype score for a given CYP450 enzyme is converted to an accurate adjusted phenotype. Any of the intended drugs for treatment that are substrates for the given CYP450 enzyme can be evaluated for risk of an adverse drug reaction based on the adjusted phenotype. This method of rapid risk assessment provides an accurate basis for decisions regarding changes in dose, eliminating a drug, or replacing a drug.

  • Patent number: 11783333
Abstract: A method includes generating, via a processor, a bill of materials (BOM) representation associated with a BOM indicating at least one good and including a representation of a plurality of dependencies to qualify the at least one good for at least one of a regulatory claim, a duty benefit claim or an admissibility claim. A smart contract code for a compliance declaration smart contrast that references the BOM representation is transmitted via the processor and to a distributed ledger. A representation of the plurality of assertion token is received, via the processor, from a plurality of remote compute devices, and in response to deploying the compliance declaration smart contract. A compliance declaration token is minted, via the processor, in response to receiving the representation of a plurality of assertion tokens and based on the compliance declaration smart contract.

  • Publication number: 20230045669
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method includes storing data associated with fungible assets in a distributed ledger database. The method includes dividing fungible tokens into a first set of groups of fungible tokens based on the data and sending, via the distributed ledger-based network and based on an asymmetric cryptography key pair, each group of fungible tokens from the first set of groups of fungible tokens to a communication device from the first set of communication devices to cause the second plurality of communication devices to send, to a designated recipient communication device, non-fungible tokens for each group of fungible tokens from the second set of groups of fungible tokens. The first set of groups of fungible tokens is divided into a second set of groups of fungible tokens and received at a second set of communication devices.

  • Patent number: 11574308
Abstract: A method for generating and controlling intelligent assertion tokens includes generating a first assertion token, during a first step of a supply chain process. The first assertion token is inspected to determine validity. If the first assertion token is not valid, the receipt of the first assertion token is rejected. If the first assertion token is determined to be valid, the use of the first assertion token in further transmissions and/or transactions is authorized. The first assertion token can be passed to a second step of the supply chain process, and a second assertion token may be generated based on the first assertion token. Upon receipt of the second assertion token, it is inspected to determine validity. If not valid, the transmission and/or transfer of the second assertion token is rejected. If valid, the transmission and/or transfer of the second assertion token to a further step of the supply chain process or to a customer is authorized.

  • Patent number: 9416885
Abstract: Low profile valves are described. In an embodiment, a tubular member for fluid transport has a valve constructed within a wall of the tubular member for controlling a radial flow of fluid, such as water, oil, or gas, through the wall without impeding the flow of fluid or tools through the tubular member or near the exterior of the tubular member. The low profile valve may be used, for example, in the oil and gas industries as a pressure relief valve or check valve. When used as a pressure relief valve, a load member such as a spring, strap, or rocker arm maintains a backpressure on the valve. Example low profile valves can provide flow control from within a very thin annulus between other components.

  • Patent number: 9222489
Abstract: A two-step hydraulic valve is described. In an implementation, a two-step hydraulic valve with retrograde spool action has a pilot spool that controls hydraulic force applied to a main spool to switch a rod of a hydraulic actuator back-and-forth between extension and retraction. The main spool is hydraulically driven in retrograde motion to the pilot spool, providing improved reliability and switching action for the valve. The pilot spool also has an overtravel feature that can be used to hyperextend the rod for various purposes. In an example system, the two-step hydraulic valve controls a hydraulic actuator connected to drive a submersible reciprocating pump, such as a diaphragm pump.
