  • Publication number: 20260177025
Abstract: A method for starting a motorcycle engine is performed through an engine starting control system including a controller, a power supply apparatus coupled to the controller, and an integrated starter and generator coupled to the controller, the power supply apparatus, and the motorcycle engine. The method includes driving the integrated starter and generator to perform reverse operation at a reverse operation constant torque value within a reverse operation time until the reverse operation time ends; controlling the power supply apparatus to output a forward operation constant current to the integrated starter and generator after the integrated starter and generator stops the reverse operation, to perform forward operation; and starting the motorcycle engine through the integrated starter and generator when a forward operation angular velocity value is greater than or equal to an expected value. The method starts the motorcycle engine effectively. Furthermore, a corresponding system is also provided.

  • Patent number: 12479533
Abstract: A pedal force detection mechanism for an electric-assisted bicycle includes a torque-transmitting member, a main thrust bearing, a strain sensing assembly, and a main drive gear. The torque-transmitting member transmits and diverts a torque along a crankshaft's axial direction. The main thrust bearing abuts against the torque-transmitting member to transmit the diverted torque. The strain sensing assembly has a strain gauge, resilient ring-shaped base, and supporting annular base. The supporting annular base abuts against a shaft housing. An axial-strain gap is defined between the supporting annular base and the main thrust bearing. The resilient ring-shaped base is fitted between the main thrust bearing and the supporting annular base. A main gear and an internally-connected ring body of the main drive gear are integrally formed with each other. An axial-movement gap is defined between the torque-transmitting member and the internally-connected ring body.

  • Publication number: 20250337267
Abstract: A power generation system includes: a generator, driven by an engine to generate a three-phase power; a full-bridge rectifier circuit, generating a direct-current voltage signal according to the three-phase power and a switching signal output; a switching voltage regulator circuit, coupled to the full-bridge rectifier circuit to receive the direct-current voltage signal and buck the direct-current voltage signal according to a control signal, so as to generate an output voltage to power a storage battery; and a controller, coupled to the full-bridge rectifier circuit and the switching voltage regulator circuit, and configured to generate the control signal and the switching signal output and output the control signal and the switching signal output respectively to the switching voltage regulator circuit and the full-bridge rectifier circuit. The controller adjusts the switching signal output according to at least a voltage value of the direct-current voltage signal and a preset voltage value.

  • Publication number: 20210273214
Abstract: A battery material includes: a conductive substrate; and a silicon material layer disposed on at least one side of the conductive substrate and including silicon fibers, at least some of which aggregate to form silicon fibrous spheres. A preparation method for the battery material includes: (a) providing a conductive substrate; (b) providing a silicon-based material, followed by depositing on a surface of the silicon-based material a film comprising amorphous silicon or crystalline silicon to form a silicon source material; (c) placing the silicon source material of step (b) on at least a side of the conductive substrate of step (a), wherein the distance between the conductive substrate and the silicon source material is less than 100 mm; and (d) heating the conductive substrate and silicon source material thus arranged in step (c) to allow the silicon source material to release amorphous silicon or crystalline silicon.

  • Publication number: 20140261617
Abstract: A photovoltaic cell module configured to convert energy of light into electric energy is provided. The photovoltaic cell module includes photovoltaic cells and at least one bus element. A first electrode of one of the photovoltaic cells is electrically connected to another of the photovoltaic cells through the bus element. Each photovoltaic cell includes a first-type semiconductor layer, a second-type semiconductor layer, and a first electrode. The second-type semiconductor layer has an interface in contact with the first-type semiconductor layer. The first-type semiconductor layer is located between the first electrode and the second-type semiconductor layer. The light enters each photovoltaic cell along a direction from the first electrode to the interface. The first electrode includes first and second electricity-collecting portions which cross with each other and belong to a single film layer. A method of fabricating a photovoltaic cell module and a photovoltaic cell are also provided.
