The reminder server screens the updated recall and serve bulletins against the vehicles in the system and sends service reminders to the owners or drivers of matching vehicles.

Through the link the survey is specific to time and date of the actual appointment, thereby providing the service shop with survey information correlating to the time and date of the service visit. Customers may also update vehicle information including mileage of the vehicle and customer preferences.
