  • Publication number: 20190366846
Abstract: Terrain assist apparatus and related methods for use with vehicles are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a vehicle controller configured to determine, based on vehicle sensor data, a condition of a vehicle associated with driving on sand. The vehicle controller is also to generate, via an output device, information instructing a vehicle occupant to configure a driving mode of the vehicle that is associated with controlling vehicle speed. The vehicle controller is also to control a parameter of the vehicle based on a setting of the driving mode to resolve the condition.

  • Patent number: 10360087
Abstract: A method for recommending a web application programming interface (API) includes: a cloud computing service retrieving test source code from a remote computer of the developer; the cloud computing service determining whether a call to a first web API among a plurality of web APIs is present in the test source code; and when it is determined that the call is present, the cloud computing service reading at least one log file to extract information about at least one application that has used the first web API; the cloud computing service determining a first quality of the first web API from the log file; and the cloud computing service sending a message to the remote computer recommending a second web API among the web APIs having a second quality higher than the first quality.

  • Patent number: 10160580
Abstract: Multi-layer laminate materials, which include an aluminum foil layer having particular tensile strength properties, are described. The aluminum foil layer in combination with other layers provides important benefits in manufacturing operations, such as filling tubes made by forming a cylinder from the laminate materials and heat sealing the side and end edges. These benefits are obtained in many cases without the need to increase foil weight or layer thickness. The laminate materials preserve the flexibility of conventional tubes, for example toothpaste tubes, as required to dispense products from a tube opening with the application of manual squeezing forces.

  • Publication number: 20150013818
Abstract: The invention proposes a film (1) for a skirt (2) of a flexible tube (3) one end of which is intended to be closed by a tube head (4), said multilayer film being intended to be folded on itself and heat-sealed along the length of a longitudinal seal line (6) in such a way as to form the skirt (2) so that a first layer (10) of the multilayer film (1), known as the inner layer, is heat-sealed to a second layer (20) of the multilayer film (1) opposite the first layer, known as the outer layer, characterised in that: —the inner layer (10) comprises a polymer or a blend of polymers with a Young's modulus of at least 1600 MPa, and—the outer layer (20) is made of a biaxially-oriented film.
