Abstract: A portable power lifting device includes a frame, an electromechanical linear actuator and two wheels. The frame includes a base portion, a support post portion and a lifting arm. The support post portion is attached to the base portion at a first support post end. The lifting arm is slidably coupled to the support post portion. The electromechanical linear actuator has a first end coupled to the lifting arm and a second end coupled to a second support post end. The wheels are attached to the base portion of the frame. The lifting device is powered by a battery electrically connected to an electric motor of the linear actuator through a switch electrically connected between the battery and the electric motor. The lifting arm includes a pair of hook members extending therefrom. The wheels are attached to the frame via caster swivels. An adjustable stabilizer bar is slidably coupled to the lifting arm.
