Abstract: A lay flat handle for a dog restraint includes an elastic strap and a handle strap. The elastic strap normally urges the handle strap into a lay flat position. A first end of the handle strap can be positioned under a first end of the elastic strap and a second end of the handle strap can be positioned under a second end of the elastic strap. The dog restraint can be a collar, a harness, or a leash. The lay flat handle can also be used in other applications.

Abstract: A tactical shirt includes a body having a neck opening. A collar at least partially surrounds the neck opening. The collar includes a front portion, a rear portion, a first transition between the front portion and the rear portion on a first side of the collar, and a second transition between the front portion and the rear portion on a second side of the collar. A free perimeter edge of the collar defines a first collar point at the first transition and a second collar point at the second transition.

In other examples, the baffle may have a vase-like cross-section having at least two curved edges.

In another embodiment, the insulating interlayer is constructed in a baffle configuration to improve the insulation capabilities. Methods of making a multilayer fabric structure are also described.

Abstract: The present invention provides a waterproof softshell construction having a face fabric layer, a laminate layer, and a back layer. The three layers are joined at a joint seam using a sonic welder. The joint seam is covered by a seam seal, the seam seal including face fabric tape, having a first major surface and a second major surface, and stretch adhesive located on at least the first major surface of the face fabric tape. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a waterproof softshell construction. The present invention further provides a waterproof softshell construction prepared by a process including the steps of joining a face fabric layer, a laminate layer, and a backer layer at a joint seam by sonic welding and attaching face fabric tape to the joint seam using stretch adhesive.
