Abstract: A cast iron kamado style cooker system includes a cooker base and a cooker top hingedly connected to the cooker base. The cooker base includes a top end and a bottom end. The cooker base also includes a base cavity having a top opening at the top end, a side wall, and a bottom wall. The cast iron kamado style cooker system includes at least one support leg within the base cavity that extends inwardly from the side wall of the base cavity and upwardly from the bottom wall of the base cavity. The cooker top is hingedly connected to the cooker base.
