Abstract: Disclosed herein are radiolabeled compounds that can act as antagonists of the ?-opioid receptor, including methods of making and using the same. The selective mu opioid receptor antagonists disclosed herein can improve safety for subjects as well as enable studies of the ?-opioid receptor using agonist/antagonist radioligand pairs.
